ISLAND
Every human being is like an island. He stands alone on the sea and wants to make contact with other islands.
ISLAND is a board game for two people which is not about winning and losing. Based on the answer of different personal questions, the figure moves on the field. The background is the study “The Experimental Generation of Interpersonal Closeness” by the US psychologist Dr. Arthur Aron.
ISLAND should bring people closer to each other. It should help to understand his friends, his family, his lover but also strangers. The two players do not necessarily meet in INSELN, but they got to know each other better after the game.
